     REMARKS: In Kuwait on 29 May 2014 at Kabad Desert I could not see the crescent even with 8" telescope. The alignment of the telescope was confirmed by seeing Mars, Saturn, Mercury, and Jupiter but could not see the crescent. The western horizon was hazy upto 6 degrees above horizon.

At 8:47 pm EST, we had a cloudy sky with dense fog. At 8:55 pm, the temperature, dew point, relative humidity, and pressure were 62.6 F, 62.6 F, 100%, and 30.16 in, respectively.
